Because
Definition : Because is a conjuction to a
clause which is used at the beginning of the clause and followed by subject and
verb.
e.g:
a)She is happy because the weather is good.
b)He couldn’t come because he was sick.
c)We were bored because the speech is too long.
Because of
Definition : Because of is a prepositional
phrase that introduce a noun or a noun phrase.
Because
of + Noun (phrase)
e.g:
a)Aunt Anna is sad because of her divorce.
b)I was late because of the trafficjam.
c) She couldn’t consentrate because of the noises.
So, what the difference between them?
If
we want to use BECAUSE ,then it should be followed by subject and verb.
If
we want to use BECAUSE OF , then it have to be followed
by NOUN or Phrase Noun.

- Mr. Toffee lost his job. His wife couldn’t stand living in poverty. She left Mr. Toffee.
- Yana is a clumsy person. She always trip over something.
- Lydia eats candy all the time. She has cavities in result.
- Bison nearly became extinct. They loss their habitat and overhunting.
